All sales are final. Once your order is placed, changes can not be made. We certainly hope you love your Very Busy Box as much as we do, and appreciate your understanding that in order to continue sending out these monthly boxes of goodness, we are unable to cancel orders after payment has cleared or provide any refunds before or after your Box has shipped.  

We carefully curate the boxes each month in hopes of making your day as you unwrap your surprises. We work with many vendors throughout the month in order to provide the boxes at a great value to our customers. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any Very Busy Boxes or any portion of the contents.  In the event an item mailed to you arrives damaged, please email as soon as possible. Please be aware that we purchase limited quantities of included goods, therefore we may be unable to replace specific items.
